Louna Bardet Excelia

First-year BBA International student, between student societies and leadership

“I very quickly felt supported, listened to, and above all encouraged to build a career project that reflects who I am.”

Adventure story

New paths for her future

“What attracted me to Excelia was the international dimension of the BBA, but also the friendly, human-scale atmosphere and the many experiences on offer, such as Climacité© and Humacité©. I very quickly felt supported, listened to, and above all encouraged to build a career project that reflects who I am.”

Louna joined the BBA International with the idea of working in the luxury sector, particularly in fashion. Thanks to the support on offer from her 1st year onwards – the programme, the Talent Centre workshops, careers talks and the My Job Glasses platform –, she is discovering new roles, exploring her interests, and broadening her horizons.

“I thought I had a clear idea of my future, but meeting alumni and the workshops on workplace behaviour opened my eyes to everything I didn't know. Today, I'm giving myself the freedom to explore.”

Support and skills development

Very involved in student societies, she holds the role of vice-president of the students' union (BDE) and was communications officer for the welcome committee for Parcoursup applicants. These experiences have allowed her to develop her leadership, work as part of a team and take on concrete responsibilities.

“Excelia is a school that offers a reassuring framework, but one that's never set in stone. We move forward at our own pace, and we can pull the right levers at the right time. Even without having everything figured out from the start, we're supported in learning to know ourselves better and make the right choices.”

Louna Bardet is in her first year of the BBA International at Excelia Business School, a programme she chose for its international dimension and the school's human-scale atmosphere. As she explains in this testimonial, the support of the Talent Centre is gradually broadening her career project. Her involvement in Excelia Business School's student societies is teaching her to take on responsibilities and develop her leadership. She also mentions Humacité© and Climacité©, the school's two student engagement schemes, among what convinced her to join the BBA International. Still unsure about your own project?
