AACSB-accredited since 2013, the school now holds quadruple accreditation (EQUIS, AACSB, AMBA and EFMD Master): fewer than 1% of business schools worldwide hold all four labels. This recognition continues through the school's accreditations and its rankings. Excelia Business School is also a private higher education institution of general interest (EESPIG), a status that commits it to reinvesting its resources in teaching, research and student support rather than in the pursuit of profit.

This affiliation with the Excelia Group does not erase the school's human dimension: each campus remains on a human scale, with close support, while giving access to the resources and network of a larger whole. It is this dual belonging that lets Excelia Business School combine academic rigour with individualised support.

What you learn at Excelia Business School

At Excelia Business School, teaching combines experience and theory in equal measure. The Humacité© and Climacité© engagement schemes are the most concrete illustration of this: depending on the programme you follow, the curriculum includes an engagement mission or project, which confronts you with real situations even before you enter working life. Each programme's page sets out the exact form this takes.

This field-based rigour goes hand in hand with a conviction: training managers is not just about passing on management techniques, but about learning to make discerning decisions in the face of increasingly interlinked economic, social and environmental issues.

This approach continues through the hybridisation of pathways specific to the Excelia Group: each pathway can combine management with communication, hospitality or engineering, through projects run between the group's schools, which shapes different profiles rather than a single mould. It is also fuelled by an extensive network of partner companies, active in internships, work-study placements and projects carried out during the programme, which puts each cohort in direct contact with the professional world.

International openness completes this framework. The Excelia Group's academic network brings together 233 partners in 57 countries, a presence in 150 countries and a community of 80 different nationalities. Excelia Business School alone welcomes 1,700 international students, of whom 1,500 are enrolled in a double degree: two proofs of an internationalisation experienced on a daily basis.

What you become after Excelia Business School

Excelia Business School supports every profile from undergraduate level through to doctorate, with complementary programmes:

  • the Bachelor in Business, to enter professional life after three years of study
  • the BBA International, for a programme with a strong international focus

Depending on the programme chosen, the qualification is State-accredited and leads to a Grade de Licence (Bachelor in Business, BBA International) or a Grade de Master (the Master in Management, Master of Science (MSc) programmes): a recognition that secures access to employment as well as to further study, in France and internationally. Choosing between several programmes with different types of recognition is rarely something to prepare alone: our appointment booking with an adviser lets you discuss the pathway that matches your plans, whether you are still at school or already a student.

Work-study is available across several Excelia Business School programmes, including the Master in Management since 1997. This rhythm reduces the real cost of your studies, as the company funds tuition fees and pays the student as an employee. Our study cost estimator gives a personalised estimate in a few minutes, to measure what a year at Excelia Business School represents.

After graduation, career paths unfold across the company's key functions: management, finance, marketing or human resources, with progression leading towards management positions.
