Meet us
Do you want to see Excelia Business School before you apply? Student fair, open day, immersion day or exchange with an adviser: discover how to meet us, wherever you live.
How to meet Excelia Business School
You can meet Excelia Business School in four ways: at a student fair near you, during an open day on one of our campuses, by spending an immersion day, or by talking with an adviser. Each one answers a different situation, depending on whether you can travel or not, and on the level of detail you need before applying.
- The student fair: in a city near you, for a conversation with the admissions team
- The open day: on a campus, to discover the facilities and the programmes
- The immersion day: on a campus, for a real day of classes
- The exchange with an adviser: remotely, with no need to travel
The student fair lets you come and meet us near where you live, while the exchange with an adviser can take place remotely and requires no travel at all. The open day and the immersion day, meanwhile, take place directly on one of our campuses.
If you are still unsure between several programmes before choosing your format, you can first look at our programmes to clarify your questions.
Student fairs
Excelia Business School takes part in student fairs in several cities across France, where you can talk directly with the admissions team. It's a chance to ask your questions, understand the admission routes that match your profile, and leave with documentation on the programmes that interest you.
This format is particularly suited to you if you live far from a campus, since it is our teams who travel to come and meet you.
Coming to a campus: open days and immersion
Two formats let you come directly to meet Excelia Business School, on one of our four campuses (La Rochelle, Tours, Orléans, Paris-Cachan): the open day, to discover the campus and its programmes, and the immersion day, to attend a real day of classes within a cohort.
The first gives you an overview in a single visit; the second immerses you for longer in the everyday life of students. Both these formats are experienced on site, unlike the exchange with an adviser, which takes place entirely remotely.
Talking with an adviser
If you cannot come to a fair or to a campus, you can talk directly with an adviser from Excelia Business School, remotely, to ask your questions and move forward in your thinking without waiting for a trip.
International applicants, meanwhile, have access to dedicated support: the international admissions service, accessible from the Excelia group's website. It answers their application questions directly.
If you would rather move forward at your own pace without talking to someone straight away, you can also request our programme brochure: it brings together the details of the programmes, so you can compare them calmly, wherever you are.
- How can you meet Excelia Business School before applying?
Several formats are possible: a student fair near you, an open day or an immersion day on one of our campuses, or a remote exchange with an adviser. You choose the one that best matches your situation and how far along you are in your plans.
- What is the difference between an open day and an immersion day?
The open day lets you discover a campus and its programmes, by meeting the teams and students. The immersion day goes further: you attend a real day of classes, alongside a cohort.

Yes, these events are held by registration.
- Can you come with your parents?
Yes, families are welcome, whether at a student fair, an open day or an immersion day. Many parents' questions are in fact answered directly on site, by our teams.
- How can an international applicant reach the admissions service?
International applicants have access to a dedicated international admissions service, available on the Excelia group's website, which answers their application questions directly.
