Executive Education Centre
Executive education at Excelia Business School puts the expertise of a Grande École of Management at the service of professional training. The Executive Education Centre works with businesses, through in-company training and tailor-made schemes designed for their teams, as well as with working professionals, who choose alone or with their employer a short, certificate or degree course.
Pathways are designed by experts, who adapt them to a professional schedule and develop skills that can be put to use. Excelia's Executive Education ranks 40th in the world and among the top 12 French schools in the Financial Times Custom Executive Education 2026 ranking, adding to an accreditation that fewer than 1% of business schools achieve worldwide: the quadruple accreditation EQUIS, AACSB, AMBA, EFMD Master, detailed by Excelia Business School's accreditations and all of the school's rankings.
Our governance
The Executive Education Centre is steered by a team of faculty members at Excelia Business School, PhD holders in management science, who have also held management roles, in business as well as in management schools. This dual culture, academic and managerial, comes through in the way they work with organisations.
Every project begins with careful listening to the business: its reality, its strategic objectives and the skills genuinely at stake for its teams. The team then designs the pathway with the business, adapts it to its context, then follows its progress so that it remains suited to its needs until the end of the course, drawing on the expertise of the Excelia Business School faculty.

Fund your training
Training at the Executive Education Centre at Excelia Business School can be funded, and rarely in just one way: the right combination depends on your status and your employer. All our courses, degree, certificate or short, can be included in a business's skills development plan, and Excelia works with skills operators (OPCO) to optimise the funding of each project.
You are in work
- Your personal training account (CPF), alone or alongside another scheme
- Your employer's skills development plan, in which case they take charge of the process and can fund it directly
- The reconversion period (période de reconversion), to take a degree or certificate course listed on the RNCP without leaving your business, with your employer's agreement and funding from their OPCO
- The career transition project (projet de transition professionnelle), funded by Transitions Pro, to retrain for a new career
You are training your teams
On the business side, the skills development plan and the OPCO it depends on are the two most commonly used levers. The OPCO can cover teaching costs, contribute to the pay of employees in training and offer specific support for micro-businesses and SMEs.
You have another status
Dedicated schemes also exist: the FIF PL (the French training fund for self-employed professionals) or the OPCO for non-salaried workers if you are self-employed, the CPF and the individual training support from France Travail if you are looking for work, the CPF and professional training leave (congé de formation professionnelle) if you are a civil servant.
Every situation, every status and every scheme has its own rules, and they change: it's best to check them with a contact person rather than a web page. To clarify what you can draw on in your case, as a professional or a business, make an appointment with an adviser from the Executive Education Centre: they will point you towards the right scheme and the course that matches your project.
In just a few minutes, this eligibility quiz assesses your situation regarding the personal training account, funding by your employer or schemes specific to your business. You come away with the most likely options for funding your project, individual or collective, even before speaking with an adviser from the Executive Education Centre.
