Knowledge Centre Organisational Dynamics and Resilience (ODR)

catherine archambaultDirector: Catherine ARCHAMBAULT

The Organisational Dynamics and Resilience Knowledge Centre brings together a community of researchers at Excelia Business School who study organisational dynamics and the conditions that enable businesses to adapt and strengthen their resilience in a constantly changing environment.

Research focuses in particular on management, strategy, organisational behaviour, leadership, innovation and organisational transformation. It examines more specifically the mechanisms that underpin resilience and the organisational approaches that enable businesses to respond to external challenges, uncertainty and change.

The objective is to produce knowledge and practical insights that help organisations better understand their environment, anticipate transformations and develop a proactive capacity to act in the face of uncertainty.

This approach is based on the idea that organisations should not simply react to the challenges they face, but can develop the capabilities needed to respond and adapt to them.
