Biographie
Dr. Serge Ndayirata is an Assistant Professor in Management Sciences in the Human Resources and Management department of Excelia Business School since September 2021, a department in which he had been teaching since 2018 as an external lecturer.
Before joining Excelia Business School, Dr. Ndayirata was a Teacher-Researcher at the University of Rennes 1 within the IGR-IAE of Rennes, and teaching in the AES department of the University of Montpellier 3 from 2012 to 2017.
His research focuses on the link between organisational practices and employee loyalty. He is interested in the effects that employees' perceptions of HRM practices and the different elements of the context in which these practices are deployed may have on their attitudes and behaviours at work. His work involves both qualitative and quantitative research methods. The results of his research are published in the form of articles in peer-reviewed journals, book chapters and proceedings of national and international conferences.
