Biographie

Adèle Fouché is an Assistant Professor in the Supply Chain, Purchasing & Project Management (SPP) Department at Excelia Business School. Holding a PhD from Aix-Marseille University, she serves as Academic Director for the Master of Science in Integrated Supply Chain & Purchasing Management (MIASC) at the Orléans campus.

Her research focuses primarily on information sharing among distribution channel members, with a particular emphasis on the food sector.

Her teaching covers supply chain management, project management, information systems, and quality management. She regularly presents her work and engages with the academic community at leading conferences such as AIRL-SCM, Étienne Thil, and PROLOG.
