Excellence scholarship for prépa students
Excelia Business School awards an excellence scholarship to students in preparatory classes who rank among the best in the written papers of the Banque commune d'épreuves (BCE). This scholarship is part of an excellence pathway that also includes an optional year abroad, followed by possible access to work-study.
An excellence scholarship of €3,000 for prépa students
Are you a student in a preparatory class and aiming for Excelia Business School's Master in Management (Programme Grande École)? Your success in the entrance exams can be rewarded: the school awards an academic excellence scholarship of €3,000 to prépa students ranked in the top third of the written papers of the Banque commune d'épreuves (BCE).
This amount is deducted from your tuition fees for your pre-master's year.
The award criterion
Two conditions are enough: being ranked in the top third of the BCE written papers, then joining the school.
After a preparatory class, three years at the school take you to the Master in Management degree. State-accredited and at Bac+5 level, this degree leads to the Grade de Master, a solid recognition among employers in France.
Excelia Business School holds the quadruple accreditation of EQUIS, AACSB, AMBA and EFMD Master, a level of recognition shared by fewer than 1% of business schools worldwide. Your degree thus benefits from international visibility.

An excellence pathway with three strengths
Beneficiary students will have access to an excellence pathway:
Scholarship, international and work-study
The excellence scholarship
It is deducted from the tuition fees for your first year at the school.
A year abroad
Optional and exempt from tuition fees, this year takes place at one of our partner universities and on an internship.
Work-study in the Master cycle
Work-study takes place in M1 and M2, the last two years of the programme, with reserved places and support to access it.
What is left to fund?
The scholarship covers part of the tuition fees, and the rest has to be funded. To assess this, see the Master in Management entry page, which details the tuition fees and the funding arrangements, then get a personalised estimate with our study fees simulator.
A year abroad, without tuition fees
Excelia Business School's XL International Experiential Year is an optional, additional year, placed between the pre-master's year and entry into the Master cycle (M1 and M2).
This year combines six months of internship abroad and six months of academic expatriation at a partner university. You then begin the Master cycle with a year of international experience.
The expatriation takes place at one of the partner universities of the Excelia network, which has 203 academic partners in 55 countries.
Work-study in the Master cycle and other aid
Two levers complement Excelia Business School's excellence scholarship: work-study in the Master cycle and other aid to fund your studies.
Possible and supported work-study in the Master cycle
The Master in Management can also be taken on a work-study basis, as detailed in work-study at Excelia Business School. Beneficiaries of the excellence pathway also have reserved places for a period of 12 to 24 months in the Master cycle. The host company covers your tuition fees, which eases the budget for your studies. The Talent Centre supports the student community towards internships and employment, through its network of partner companies.
Other aid to fund your studies
The excellence scholarship rewards a ranking. For other situations, scholarships and financial aid to fund a business school take over, for example:
Foundation, loans and overseas France aid
The Excelia Foundation
It awards scholarships to students involved in projects of collective interest.
Student loans with deferred repayment
They are offered with partner banks, with or without a parental guarantee.
Aid for new entrants from overseas France
It includes a mobility assistance grant to make arriving in mainland France easier.
